Delivery
Our products delivered by 3^rd party courier of Posstore will provide tracking number for customer tracked and traced to their delivery status. 

Shipment
Please ensure that all the detail of address, product variation and quantity must be correct before you proceed to payment. Any Changes after order had been shipped will not be accepted.

All product display is ready stock. Ready stock order will be processed and ship out within 3-4 days. Some orders will be pending more than 4 days due to product ordered was sold out or preorder. Please allow us to apologize if some products sold out suddenly after order placed.

Dangerous goods such as battery and all spray products are not allowed to ship to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Any mistake or issues regarding products received can contact us 012-6428981.

Insurance coverage
Honsen Enterprise Sdn Bhd not purchase any insurance coverage for the delivery of important and original documents or products. In the event of accidental purchase of insurance coverage, be it due to merchant, buyers and/or Posstore Malaysia mistake or misunderstanding, such coverage will be void ab initio and the insurance fee collected shall be refunded (without interest accrued).

Cancellation
Any cancellation is not allowed after order shipped.

Termination
Unless and until either through the customer or www.honsenenterprise com, this agreement is in force. The customer may end this contract at any time. However, if a client is unable to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions, www.honsenenterprise.com has the right to immediately terminate the agreement with them and deny them access.

Losses
Honsen Enterprise Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses resulting from late delivery if we are unable to fulfill the estimated delivery date.
